With over 15 years of experience handling and transferring media, we are more than confident in our abilities to make your memories digital! If we do find media that is damaged or unsuitable for transfer, we do not charge you for it and do our best to get a result that will be acceptable.

If you want your original media back (most people do not unless it is photos or slides) we can ship them back to you at just the cost of actual shipping charges. If you choose not to have them returned we keep the media for 30 days before discarding. Flash drives and external hard drives are mailed to you with free shipping on orders over $59.00
